Cancellation Policy – Alpenglow Health Collective

At Alpenglow Health Collective, we value your time and our commitment to providing exceptional care. To ensure availability for all clients, we have the following cancellation policy:

• Cancellations within 24 hours of the appointment: Clients will be charged the full cost of the scheduled procedure.

• Cancellations between 24-48 hours before the appointment: Clients will be charged 50% of the scheduled procedure cost.

• Cancellations made more than 48 hours in advance: No charge.

All cancellations must be communicated via phone or email. Failure to show up for a scheduled appointment without notice will be considered a same-day cancellation and subject to the full procedure cost.
